Pat Hutchins

Patricia Evelyn Hutchins (1942-2017) was an English author and illustrator of children's picture books, best known for her debut Rosie's Walk (1968), an ALA Notable Book and Boston Globe-Horn Book Award runner-up, and The Wind Blew (1974), which won the Kate Greenaway Medal.
