Krystyna Zofia Turska (1933–2002) was a Polish-born British author and illustrator of children's books, best known for her retellings and illustrations of fairy tales and folklore such as The Woodcutter's Duck, which won the prestigious Kate Greenaway Medal in 1972, The Magician of Cracow, and Tamara and the Sea Witch.
