Janet Ahlberg

Janet Ahlberg (1944–1994) was a British illustrator renowned for her work on children's picture books created with her husband Allan Ahlberg, including most notably Each Peach Pear Plum, The Jolly Postman, and The Baby's Catalogue. She won two Kate Greenaway Medals for her illustrations of Each Peach Pear Plum (1978) and The Jolly Christmas Postman (1991), with the former also ranked among the top ten winners in the award's 50th anniversary celebration.
