Victor Hugo

Graham Robb (born 2 June 1958 in Manchester) is a British biographer and historian specializing in French literature and history, known for acclaimed works such as Balzac (1994), Victor Hugo (1997, Whitbread Biography of the Year), Rimbaud (2000), The Discovery of France (2007, Duff Cooper Prize and Ondaatje Prize), and Parisians (2010).
