Ben Richard Fergusson (born 12 July 1980 in Southampton) is a British novelist, translator, and editor known for his Berlin-set trilogy: The Spring of Kasper Meier (2014), which won the Betty Trask Prize and HWA Debut Crown and was shortlisted for the Sunday Times Young Writer of the Year Award; The Other Hoffmann Sister (2017); and An Honest Man (2019), named a book of the year by The Times, Financial Times, and Times Literary Supplement. He has also published the non-fiction work Tales from the Fatherland (2022) and received awards including the Seán O'Faoláin International Short Story Award and Stephen Spender Prize for poetry translation in 2020.
