The Amazing Maurice and his Educated Rodents

Terry Pratchett (1948–2015) was a British author best known for the Discworld series, a comedic fantasy series spanning 41 novels. One of the UK's best-selling authors of the 20th century, Pratchett was knighted in 2009 for services to literature. He also wrote the Tiffany Aching young adult series and collaborated with Neil Gaiman on Good Omens.
