Dalton Jérson Trevisan (1925–2024) was a Brazilian writer renowned for his short stories depicting the gritty everyday life, sex, violence, and middle-class hypocrisies in his hometown of Curitiba. He published over thirty collections, starting with Novelas Nada Exemplares in 1959, and was known for his reclusive nature, earning the nickname "Vampiro de Curitiba."
