Peter Pomerantsev, born in 1977 in Kyiv, Ukraine, is a Ukrainian-born British author, journalist, and TV producer known for his non-fiction works on disinformation and propaganda, including Nothing Is True and Everything Is Possible (2014/2015), This Is Not Propaganda (2019), and How to Win an Information War (2024). He has received major awards such as the 2016 Royal Society of Literature Ondaatje Prize for his first book and the 2020 Gordon Burn Prize for his second, and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature in 2021.
