About the Author
Robert Charles Wilson is an American-Canadian science fiction author born in California in 1953. He won the 2006 Hugo Award for Best Novel for *Spin*, a first-contact story in which Earth is enclosed in a mysterious membrane that slows time inside. He has been nominated for numerous Hugo and Locus Awards throughout his career.
