Milo Wippermann is a poet, playwright, and editor who holds an MFA from Brown University and lives in Brooklyn, New York. They are the author of the hybrid-genre work Joan of Arkansas (2023), a finalist for the 2024 Lambda Award in LGBTQ+ Drama and supported by Woolly Mammoth Theatre, and recipient of the 2023 Whiting Award in Poetry and Drama. Previously publishing as Emma Wippermann, their earlier book is Pleasure as a Series of Objects.
