Dumas MaloneAmerican
Dumas Malone (1892-1986) was an American historian and biographer best known for his six-volume masterwork Jefferson and His Time, the authoritative biography of Thomas Jefferson completed over four decades and awarded the 1975 Pulitzer Prize for History.
