Anderson FerrellAmerican
Anderson Ferrell is an American novelist originally from Wilson County, North Carolina. His debut novel Where She Was (1985) received a National Endowment for the Arts Grant for Literature, while his second novel Home for the Day (1994) was named one of the year's best books by New York magazine and nominated for the Pulitzer Prize; he won the 1996 Whiting Award for it. His third novel, Have You Heard, was published in 2004.
