Toh EnJoe (円城 塔, Enjō Tō) is a Japanese author and television writer born on September 15, 1972, in Sapporo, Hokkaido. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo in mathematical physics focused on natural languages after studying physics at Tohoku University, worked as a post-doc researcher and in software before becoming a full-time writer in 2008.
