Emily Hiestand (born 1947) is an American poet and nonfiction writer. She is the author of three books, including the award-winning poetry collection Green the Witch-Hazel Wood (National Poetry Series Award, selected by Jorie Graham), travel essays The Very Rich Hours, and stories Angela the Upside Down Girl. Her honors include the Whiting Writers' Award, Pushcart Prize, and National Magazine Award for her essay "Hymn."
