God's Gift to Women

Don Paterson (born 1963 in Dundee, Scotland) is a Scottish poet, writer, and jazz musician whose notable works include Nil Nil (1993), God's Gift to Women (1997), and Landing Light (2003). He has received major awards such as the Forward Poetry Prize, two T.S. Eliot Prizes, the Geoffrey Faber Memorial Prize, the Whitbread Poetry Award, and the Queen's Gold Medal for Poetry (2009), along with an OBE in 2008. Read more →
