Barney NorrisEnglish
Barney Norris (born 1987) is an English writer and playwright whose debut novel Five Rivers Met on a Wooded Plain became a bestseller, followed by acclaimed works like Undercurrent and Turning for Home. His plays, including the award-winning Visitors, have earned him the Critics' Circle Award for Most Promising Playwright, Evening Standard nominations, and a Betty Trask Award, among others. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature and teaches creative writing at the University of Oxford.
