Andrew Brown (born 1955) is an English journalist, writer, and editor known for his work with The Independent, The Guardian, and other publications where he covered religion, technology, and politics. His notable works include Fishing in Utopia (2008), which won the Orwell Prize, and In The Beginning was the Worm (2004), shortlisted for the Aventis Prize; he also received the 1994 John Templeton European Religion Writer of the Year award.
