Marianne Wiggins (born November 8, 1947, in Lancaster, Pennsylvania) is an American author known for her novels and short stories, including John Dollar, Evidence of Things Unseen (a Pulitzer and National Book Award finalist), and Properties of Thirst. She has received the Whiting Award, Janet Heidinger Kafka Prize, and National Endowment for the Arts award, and teaches at the University of Southern California.
