Equipaje de amor para la tierra

Rodrigo Rubio was a Spanish novelist born on March 13, 1931, in Montalvos, Albacete, who overcame progressive rheumatic paralysis and worked as a shop assistant, translator, and collaborator in press and radio. He gained prominence with the Gabriel Miró Prize for his debut novel Un mundo a cuestas (1961) and the prestigious Planeta Prize for Equipaje de amor para la tierra (1965), along with other awards like the Álvarez Quintero for Papeles amarillentos en el arca (1970).
