Cambodian Rock Band

Lauren Yee is an American playwright and TV writer born and raised in San Francisco in the early 1980s. She earned a BA from Yale University in 2007 and an MFA in playwriting from UC San Diego in 2012, and has received major awards including the Doris Duke Artist Award, Steinberg Playwright Award, Horton Foote Prize, and Whiting Award.
