Robert Wilson (born 1957) is a British crime fiction author, son of an RAF fighter pilot, with a degree in English from Oxford University, currently residing in Portugal. He is renowned for his Javier Falcón series set in Seville, Spain, the Bruce Medway series set in West Africa, the Charles Boxer series, and standalone novels like A Small Death in Lisbon, which won the 1999 CWA Gold Dagger, and The Company of Strangers. His works have been adapted for television, including the Sky series Falcón starring Marton Csokas.
