About This Book
Conor is visited by a monster at thirteen minutes past midnight—a creature as old as time who demands to be told the truth. As his mother's illness worsens, Patrick Ness's story (from an idea by Siobhan Dowd) uses fairy tales and storytelling to explore grief, guilt, and survival.
