Sarah LeanEnglish
Sarah Lean is an English author of children's literature born in Wells, Somerset, England. She earned a first-class degree in English from the University of Winchester and an MA in Creative and Critical Writing, after working various jobs including page-planner, stencil-maker, and gardener; she published her debut novel A Dog Called Homeless in 2012, which sold over 15,000 copies and won the 2013 Schneider Family Book Award for middle school books, and was named a World Book Day author in 2014.
