About Wayne Koestenbaum
Wayne Koestenbaum (born 1958) is an American poet, cultural critic, and artist best known for his explorations of queer culture, opera, and celebrity. He is a Distinguished Professor at the CUNY Graduate Center and teaches painting at Yale University, with over 20 published books including poetry collections like Ode to Anna Moffo and Other Poems and critical works like Humiliation.
