Walter A. McDougall

Walter A. McDougall (born 1946) is an American historian specializing in diplomatic and international relations history. He is the Alloy-Ansin Professor of International Relations and Professor of History at the University of Pennsylvania, where he directs the International Relations Program, and a senior fellow at the Foreign Policy Research Institute.
