About Virginia Sorensen
Virginia Louise Sorensen (née Eggertsen) was born on February 17, 1912, in Provo, Utah, to parents descended from Mormon pioneers, grew up in Manti and American Fork, Utah, and graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in journalism.
