Virginia Evans

Virginia Evans is an American novelist whose debut, The Correspondent (2025), is an epistolary novel about retired lawyer Sybil Van Antwerp. After years of unpublished work, the book became a word-of-mouth bestseller and won the 2026 Women's Prize for Fiction. Evans lives in the United States.
