Toni Morrison

Chloe Anthony Wofford "Toni" Morrison (1931–2019) was an American novelist and editor, best known for her novels exploring the Black American experience and racism, including The Bluest Eye, Song of Solomon, and her Pulitzer-winning masterpiece Beloved. She was the first Black woman to win the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1993, along with numerous other honors like the Presidential Medal of Freedom.Toni Morrison
