About Thomas Leveritt
Thomas Leveritt (born 1976) is an Anglo-American novelist, portrait painter, and filmmaker raised in Dallas, Texas, and educated in the UK at Harrow School and Cambridge University, where he earned a double first in History. His debut novel, The Exchange-Rate Between Love and Money (2008), won the Betty Trask Award and Somerset Maugham Award, while in painting he received the Carroll Medal for Portraiture from the Royal Society of Portrait Painters and BP Awards at the National Portrait Gallery.
