Theodore H. White

Theodore H. White (1915-1986) was an American political journalist, historian, and novelist born in Boston, Massachusetts. He gained fame reporting from wartime China for Time magazine, co-authoring the bestseller Thunder Out of China (1946), and later with his Making of the President series on U.S. elections, starting with the 1960 volume that won the Pulitzer Prize for general nonfiction.
