Terenci Moix (born Ramon Moix i Meseguer) was a Spanish writer born in 1942 in Barcelona, who wrote novels, essays, and children's books in both Spanish and Catalan, often critiquing Francoist values and exploring themes of Catalan culture and homosexuality. Notable works include La torre de los vicios capitales (1968), No digas que fue un sueño (1986, Premio Planeta), and El sexo de los ángeles (1992, Ramon Llull Award).
