Teddy Wayne (born 1979) is an American novelist and short story writer raised in New York City who graduated from Harvard University in 2001 and earned an MFA from Washington University in St. Louis in 2007. His debut novel Kapitoil (2010) received critical acclaim, and he has since published novels including The Love Song of Jonny Valentine (2013), Loner (2016), Apartment (2020), and The Winner (2024).
