Suzy Lee

Suzy Lee (Korean: 이수지; born February 9, 1974) is a Korean picture-book illustrator and author raised in Seoul. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting from Seoul National University in 1996 and a Master's in Book Arts from Camberwell College of Arts in London in 2001. She debuted with Alice in Wonderland in 2002 and gained global attention for "The Border Trilogy" (Mirror 2003, Wave 2008, Shadow 2010), receiving the Hans Christian Andersen Award in 2022.
