About Simon Clark
Simon Clark (born April 20, 1958, in Doncaster, England) is an English horror novelist known for works like The Night of the Triffids, the Vampyrrhic series, and Blood Crazy. He began publishing in fanzines, transitioned to full-time writing after deals with Hodder Headline in 1994, and has won multiple British Fantasy Awards, including for best novel (The Night of the Triffids) and best novella (Humpty's Bones). Many of his stories are set in Yorkshire and employ his "Art of Wandering" technique for inspiration.
