Scott Siraj al-Haqq Kugle (born 1969) is an American scholar of Islamic studies, Sufism, and gender and sexuality in Islam. He earned a B.A. from Swarthmore College and a Ph.D. from Duke University, and serves as the Samuel C. Dobbs Professor of Islamic Studies at Emory University.
