About Robert Swindells
Robert E. Swindells (born 1939) is an English author of children's and young adult fiction, best known for his novel Stone Cold (1993), which won the Carnegie Medal for its portrayal of homelessness, and Brother in the Land (1984), a post-apocalyptic story that earned the Red House Children's Book Award.com.
