Robert Andrew Parker (1927–2023) was an American painter, watercolorist, and illustrator born in Norfolk, Virginia. He illustrated nearly 100 children's books, including the Caldecott Honor winner Pop Corn and Ma Goodness (1970), contributed to magazines like The New Yorker and Time, and created album covers for jazz legends such as Duke Ellington and Thelonious Monk.
