About Richard Paul Russo
Richard Paul Russo (born 1954) is an American science fiction writer best known for winning the Philip K. Dick Award twice—for Subterranean Gallery in 1989 and Ship of Fools in 2001. He attended the Clarion Workshop in 1983, published his first story "Firebird Suite" in Amazing Stories in 1981, and debuted his first novel Inner Eclipse in 1988. Penguin Random House
