Rhidian Brook

Rhidian Brook (born March 1964 in Tenby, Wales) is a Welsh novelist, screenwriter, and broadcaster whose debut novel The Testimony of Taliesin Jones (1996) won the Somerset Maugham Award and other prizes, and was adapted into a film starring Jonathan Pryce. His novel The Aftermath (2013) was translated into 25 languages and adapted into a film featuring Keira Knightley and Alexander Skarsgård. He has also written screenplays for films like Africa United, television episodes for Silent Witness, nonfiction including More Than Eyes Can See on the AIDS pandemic, and contributes to BBC Radio 4's Thought for the Day.
