About Peter Behrens
Peter Behrens (born 1954) is a Canadian-American novelist, screenwriter, and short story writer raised in Montreal, Quebec. His debut novel, The Law of Dreams (2006), won the Governor General's Award for English-language fiction—Canada's most prestigious literary prize—and was shortlisted for several others including the Commonwealth Writers' Prize; subsequent novels include The O'Briens (2011) and Carry Me (2016), which won the Vine Award for Canadian Jewish Literature.Peter Behrens (writer) Wikipedia).
