About Pauline R. Kibbe
Pauline Rochester Kibbe Povall (1909–1989) was an American author, speaker, labor organizer, and community leader best known for her 1947 book Latin Americans in Texas, which won the Anisfield-Wolf Award for the best non-fiction book on race relations.
