Natasha Wimmer

Natasha Wimmer is an American translator from Spanish, best known for Roberto Bolaño's 2666 and The Savage Detectives. She has also translated Álvaro Enrigue, including You Dreamed of Empires and Now I Surrender, which was longlisted for the 2026 National Book Award for Translated Literature. She was an NBA Translated Literature finalist in 2021 and longlisted in 2019. She lives in Brooklyn.
