About Nami Mun
Nami Mun is a Korean American novelist and short story writer born in Seoul, South Korea, who grew up in the Bronx, New York. She earned degrees from UC Berkeley and an MFA from the University of Michigan, and her stories have appeared in Granta, Pushcart Prize Anthology, Tin House, and others. She received the Whiting Award and Pushcart Prize for her debut novel Miles from Nowhere, which was also a finalist for the Orange Prize, and teaches creative writing.
