Midori Snyder

Midori Snyder is an American fantasy author born in 1954, best known for her novels such as The Innamorati, which won the Mythopoeic Award, the Oran Trilogy (New Moon, Sadar's Keep, Beldan's Fire), and collaborations like Except the Queen with Jane Yolen. She has published eight novels blending mythic fiction and folklore, with short stories in prestigious anthologies like The Year's Best Fantasy and Horror, and served as co-director of the Endicott Studio for Mythic Arts. Her works have been translated into several languages, and she continues to live and write in Tucson, Arizona.
