About Marie-Louise Haumont

Marie-Louise Haumont (1919–2012) was a Belgian novelist who worked as an editor for the newspaper Combat in Paris during and after World War II. She achieved major literary recognition by winning the prestigious 1976 Prix Femina for her novel Le Trajet, among other works like Comme, ou la Journée de Madame Pline (1974) and L'Éponge (1981).
