About Lydia Millet
Lydia Millet is an American novelist and short story writer born in Boston in 1968. She studied at Cornell University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has published numerous novels, including Oh Pure and Radiant Heart (2005) and the Pulitzer Prize–shortlisted How the Dead Dream (2008). A Children's Bible (2020) was a finalist for the National Book Award for Fiction and the Pulitzer Prize. Millet works as a conservation biologist for the Center for Biological Diversity.
