Kenji Yoshino (born 1969) is an American legal scholar of Japanese descent and the Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law at New York University School of Law.com. His most notable works include Covering: The Hidden Assault on Our Civil Rights (2006, winner of the Randy Shilts Award), A Thousand Times More Fair (2011), Speak Now: Marriage Equality on Trial (2016, Stonewall Book Award), and Say the Right Thing (2023).
