Keala Kendall

Keala Kendall is a Native Hawaiian author and a cofounder of Pacific Islanders in Publishing. Born in Honolulu and raised on Molokaʻi, she now lives in Los Angeles. She is the author of Disney Twisted Tale novels including How Far I'll Go. That Which Feeds Us: A Hawaiian Gothic, her YA horror debut, was longlisted for the 2026 National Book Award for Young People's Literature.
