Kathleen Jowitt

Kathleen Jowitt is a British author of contemporary literary fiction exploring themes of identity, redemption, integrity, and politics. Born in Winchester, UK in 1985, her debut novel Speak Its Name (2016) was the first self-published book to win a Betty Trask Award, with additional shortlistings for the Exeter Novel Prize and Selfies Award; other notable works include A Spoke In The Wheel and The Real World.
