About Kate Pullinger

Kate Pullinger (born 1961) is a Canadian novelist and digital fiction author, professor of Creative Writing at Bath Spa University in England. She is best known for her novel The Mistress of Nothing, which won the 2009 Governor General's Award, and pioneering digital works like Inanimate Alice and Flight Paths; she also received the 2021 Marjorie C. Luesebrink Career Achievement Award and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature in 2024.
